HP Civil incorporated in 2013 bringing together three construction veterans with complementary skills in the heavy-civil construction field. With a focus on UNIQUE AND CHALLENGING PROJECTS many of our projects are delivered utilizing ALTERNATIVE CONTRACTING METHODS including Design-Build and Construction Manager/General Contractor (CM/GC). HPC has grown rapidly while providing hands-on service and an ongoing commitment to quality, budgets, and completion dates. Geographically, our projects span the entire state of Oregon.

SELF PERFORM WORK

HP Civil self-performs the critical portions of our projects in order to maintain control of the quality of the product and the delivery schedule. This includes all construction management, site work, pile driving, structural concrete, steel erection, crane work, and bridge mechanical components. We have the skilled labor, specialized equipment and hands-on experience to get the job done right, right from the start.

Our construction professionals have devised, designed, and performed some of the largest rapid bridge replacements in the State of Oregon. This includes the translations of two bridges on OR 38 near the Elk Creek Tunnel and the Sellwood Bridge in Portland Oregon. Other rapid bridge replacements include the OR 26 Humbug Creek Bridge, OR 58 Salt Creek Half Viaducts, and the UPRR Milam to LaGrande Bridge.
